WHAT IS THE SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY FOR LIVE PLANTS AND FISHES?

At Desi Aquatics, the health and well-being of all species we offer is our primary concern, because of the complex procedures involved in properly packaging and shipping aquatic life,  we will be unable to accept the return of any healthy aquatic life. Please make your selections carefully as this is an online Aquarium Store..

If live fish/plant is dead on arrival or is sick/injured can be returned or replaced.

 

Guidelines for a valid return:

*Please note that we will accept the return if we are informed within 24hrs of delivery.

*A recorded video of the aquatic specimen "before or while unpacking" at the time of delivery.

For other Products: 

Request for product return shall be accepted only if the product is damaged or when

a wrong product has been shipped. In such a case, the you can either request for replacement of the product or request for a refund which would be initiated within

three business days after the product is received. 

 

Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products or damaged products are received by the customer.

 

Return Intimation: You can email/WhatsApp or call us within 24hours days from date of delivery. Please mention the Order number number and the reason for return.
