WHAT IS THE SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY FOR LIVE PLANTS AND FISHES?

At Desi Aquatics, the health and well-being of all species we offer is our primary concern, because of the complex procedures involved in properly packaging and shipping aquatic life, we will be unable to accept the return of any healthy aquatic life. Please make your selections carefully as this is an online Aquarium Store..
If fish/plant is dead on arrival, we will refund the the full amount.

Guidelines for a valid return:
*Please note that we will accept the return if we are informed within 24hrs of delivery.
*A recorded video of the aquatic specimen "while unpacking" at the time of delivery.
(without cut/pause in the video)

For other Products:
Request for product return shall be accepted only if the product is damaged or when
a wrong product has been shipped. In such a case, the you can either request for replacement of the product or request for a refund which would be initiated within
three business days after the product is received.
Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products or damaged products are received by the customer.
Return Intimation: You can email/WhatsApp or call us within 24hours days from date of delivery. Please mention the Order number number and the reason for return.

Does it ship to my location?
All India shipping including Jammu, Andaman, Goa, Lakshadweep & North Eastern States is available for all dry items / aquatic plants and live fishes

How long to receive my order?
Items are dispatched within 1 - 6 business days. We deliver all our items only by fast shipping, to avoid stress or risk of death to aquatic specimen. Premium quality Fishes such as Peacock Cichlids/dimorphic Cichlids will be delivered post quarantine so you can be sure its a guaranteed show quality male free from hormones. Live fishes will be delivered to your doorstep through courier service.
Is free shipping available?
Free Shipping on orders over 2500 (However, Aquariums Rocks, gravel and similar products that are heavier than 5kg is subject to additional delivery charges.)

We will make our best efforts to inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available or if shipment may be delayed. We occasionally run promotion prices as incentives or limited time opportunities for qualifying purchases made during the promotional time period. Due to the time sensitive and promotional nature of these events, we are unable to offer price protection or retroactive discounts or refunds for previous purchases in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
